Late Policy:

 

We value your time and strive to provide the best experience for all our clients. To ensure the best experience we have a late arrival policy:​

All appointments have a 10-minute grace period. This is not an extension of your appointment time. Arriving after the grace period may result in the cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment. 

​

Example: Appointment scheduled for 10:00am You have until 10:10am to be inside the salon. At 10:11am your appointment may be need to be rescheduled & all deposits will be forfeited if we are unable to provide services due to late arrival. 

​

Please understand we want to give our clients the best experience and starting on time effects the client experience. If you are running late please call the salon at 713-280-8994. 

Appointment Cancellation:  

​

We understand that sometimes schedules change, therefore you are permitted to cancel your appointment up to 24 hours prior to a scheduled appointment time. 

 

Any cancellation or reschedule made under 24 hours of your appointment time will be automatic forfeiture of your deposit.

 

If the appointment is a No call/No Show, appointment will result in a fee of 100% of the price of appointment to be charged to the credit card on file and/or you may no longer be able to book future appointments. No Exceptions.

Curly Clients:

To ensure a smooth and successful curly cut, please arrive with your hair:

​

  • Clean: Wash and condition your hair 1-4 days before your appointment. Use minimal products to allow your natural curl pattern to shine.

  • Dry: Completely 100% dry your hair before your appointment.

  • Detangled: Thoroughly detangle your hair.

  • Down & Loose: Wear your hair in a loose style like a wash-and-go or loose curls. Avoid buns, clips, ponytails, braids, or twists. These styles can distort your natural curl pattern.

 

Why is this important?

​

  • We cut your hair dry to enhance the shape of your natural curls, allowing for a more precise and personalized cut.

  • This prep helps your appointment run efficiently, ensuring you get the most out of your time.

 

Important Notes:

​

  • If you have challenges styling your hair, simply arrive with it clean, dry, and detangled.

  • If your hair is not easily detangled within 15 minutes, we may need to reschedule your appointment or adjust the pricing to accommodate the additional time.

  • If it's been over a year since your last curly cut with us, please book a new client session.

  • Bring inspiration photos to share your desired styles (preferably 3-4) !
